Refund Policy

At CS Gaming Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from CS Gaming Hub within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration beyond what is necessary to inspect the item as you would in a retail store.
  • The original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear beyond inspection
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products or software that has been downloaded or installed
  • Products with broken seals on software, video games, or certain electronic components
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at returns@csgaminghub.com or call us at +44 032 917 6744 to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and components that were part of the original shipment.
  4. Include Return Information: Place the RMA number prominently on the outside of the package and include a copy of the return authorization or original invoice inside the package.
  5. Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Inspection

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements. If a returned item fails to meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to issue a partial refund.

3.2 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:

  • Approval Notification: We will notify you by email once your return has been inspected and approved.
  • Refund Processing: The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Credit to Original Payment Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3.3 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to the original PayPal account
  • Store Credit: As an alternative, you may choose to receive your refund as store credit, which will be valid for one year from the date of issue

3.4 Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving a damaged or incorrect item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund according to our refund policy.

For exchanges, the following applies:

  • If the exchange item is of equal value, no additional charges will apply except for shipping costs, if applicable.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged for the price difference.
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the price difference according to our refund methods.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Items Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@csgaminghub.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the damaged item at no cost to you.

5.2 Defective Items

If an item proves to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact us for warranty service options. Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship:

  • Gaming Mice: 2-year warranty
  • Keyboards: 2-year warranty
  • Headsets: 2-year warranty
  • Mousepads: 1-year warranty
  • Monitors: 3-year warranty

For warranty claims, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the issue, if possible

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact your bank to verify if there are any pending transactions

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

7.1 Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with special discounts are eligible for return under the same conditions as regularly priced items, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

7.2 Holiday Season Extended Returns

For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, the return period is extended to 45 days to accommodate holiday gifts. All other return conditions still apply.

7.3 Promotional Items and Free Gifts

If you received a promotional item or free gift with your purchase and you return the qualifying item, the promotional item or gift must also be returned in its original condition.
